AND Solutions Limited is staffed entirely by Technical Communication professionals, each with more than 10 years' experience. Our consultants have worked in a wide variety of industries, producing Information Products such as User Guides, System Administrator Guides, Contractual and Requirements documentation, and Development and Test information.
 These products are increasingly delivered in electronic format (such as online help and web-based), although we still maintain the ability to produce 'traditional' paper-based products. The skills of our consultants are constantly kept up to date through training, Professional Development and by networking with other communication professionals through the Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators (ISTC).

Our Vision
They say that knowledge is power. But knowledge is only retained information which has been gathered over time from training, personal communication and interaction, and practical application. And it stands to reason that for the knowledge to have value then the information it came from must be correct, of a suitable format to be useful, and of the best possible quality.

What We Offer
Our consultants are all fully trained and experienced Technical
Communication professionals with expert knowledge of the Technical Publications industry. Each
is multi-skilled in various related disciplines and can demonstrate professionalism and proficiency
in producing publications to tight quality constraints and timescales. All consultants are corporate
members of the Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators and are bound by that body's Code
of Professional Conduct.
All Information Products are developed using the software that best suits your requirements and those
of the end-user. These products may be provided in any output format; be it paper or an Interactive
on-line document for distribution on CD-ROM or over the Internet. Location of personnel is important
and can be on-site at your location, off-site at our main office or a combination of both.
